Bay Area = Desi' + Chinese

Texas = Desi

NJ = Desi

ATL = Desi

All other states as well, but above lo I think 60-70 % only desis.

Mid West  lo may be 30% only...

Things have changed since last recession. From 2009 to 2019 last 10 years lo majority of these areas are taken over by Desi/chinese combo.. The real estate market in these areas are more like India now, stagnate avvocchu kaani padavu pricess.. Indians and Chinese usually have savings and they won't sell when the market is down.. But it applies only to these areas like Alpharetta, frisco, bay area..Same Atlanta and dallas lo other areas will fall..

Good point. Desi+Ch1nese won't sell - by hook/crook they will find jobs somewhere + they will plan to have enough savings to survive for 1-2 yrs...

2015 lo oka friend bought house for $700 k in  bay area. now its 1 M.

Bay Area, NJ, TX, ATL is now like Blore, Hyd, Vijayawada, Vishakpatnam - Prices have gone up really really high....Not much appreciation nor depreciation in next 5-10 + yrs

2009 lo recession was due to bad mortgage loans which impacted banks, we don't have any such issues now.

Yes, but if you pick the right area and buy you will not lose money for sure. Over the long run perugutay values. Every 10 years oka 20 to 30% appreciation untundi homes lo temporary gaa stagnate aina..
