How do you know there is no growth in just 3 weeks.

good point bro i am working from 8 years with same client.. lot of politics happens i keep quiet coz i am contractor never involved in those areas of growth.. nenu sign chesina daggara nuchi management slow ga marutundi..tellalola politics ..i see too many are in pipeline..for same kind position

already accept chesaav kadha  - directly/indirectly.

don't discuss abt salary now - rather, tell them u r  looking for a bigger role for ur career growth so atleast nee title maarutundhi;

after 1 or 2 yrs, jump kottadame - ippudu full time ravatame konchem kashtam ga vundhi, endhuku self goal chesukuntav.

Good idea. 5k kosam chillara godavalu vaddu. Ft lo other benefits kalipiste u r getting much better deal. Job roles and responsibilities gurinchi discuss chey. 1 yr perform chesi appudu hike adugu. Ila 5k penchu ani munde adigite it leaves a bad impression on u.
