Need info on Construction cost per square foot

               oka chinna shopping complex ki per square feet construction cost enta avutundo.. 1500 sqft site in Tirupati ,,first two floors shopping kosam and third floor house anukuntunna ...shop la ki takkuva avtunda compared to houses. ?

Only slab veyataniki cost is 800/sft. if you are looking for office space, add another 200 extra for shutter, etc..

So low cost lo 1000/sft padidhi for office space.

Construction for house depends on the materials, there are builders who do it starting 1350/sft to 4000/sft depending on material you want to use.

Expect 50lakhs minimum

nuvvu shopping kattali ante.... ground floor lo konchem space vadalali... buffer area kinda.... watch pictures for example

 

e type shop ane danni batti kuda untundi... clothing/bar/restarurant type

 

 

another thing is i recommend... you don't give it to builder... hire a mestri and do it your self ( take help from parents)

ground floor commercial ki aithe 1000 rs per SFT padutadi

every floor upwards, oka 50 rupees ekuva..

more or less, this would be the norm...oka 10% atu itu anthe...

yep ade anukunna bhayya ee range lone complete cheyyalani .. oka two floors shop lu  paina ellu ithird floor lo .. so parents paina vunte then can collect rentand take care ani
