తిరుపతి: పండు ముసలి అయిన తండ్రిపై కుమారుడు, కోడలు దాడికి పాల్పడిన ఘటన తిరుపతిలో స్థానికుల్ని దిగ్భ్రాంతికి గురిచేసింది. తిరుపతి నగరంలోని అనంత వీధిలో నివసించే 88 ఏళ్ల వృద్ధుడు మునికృష్ణయ్య దంపతులపై పెద్ద కొడుకు విజయ్‌ తన భార్య, బావమర్దితో కలిసి దాడి చేశాడు. తమకున్న రెండు సెంట్ల స్థలాన్ని అప్పుల కోసం మునికృష్ణయ్య విక్రయించాలనుకోవడమే కొడుకు ఆగ్రహానికి కారణమైంది. దీంతో విచక్షణ కోల్పోయిన కొడుకు కారం పొడి చల్లి, ఇనుప రాడ్డుతో తల్లిదండ్రులపై దాడి చేశాడు. భార్య, బావమరిది సైతం అతడికి సహకరించారు. పండు ముసలి పట్ల కొడుకు నిర్దాక్షిణ్యంగా వ్యవహరించడం స్థానికుల్ని దిగ్భ్రాంతికి  గురిచేసింది. ఈ ఘటనపై తిరుపతి పశ్చిమ పోలీస్‌ స్టేషన్‌లో బాధితుడు ఫిర్యాదు చేయగా.. పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసుకుని దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు.
