almost every app for meditation is paid.. you do not need to pay unless you dont know how to grab stuff out of internet.. there is no watch specific apps but extensions of the paid app on watch

entire headspace meditation is available here http://audiobookbay.nl/audio-books/headspace-meditation-and-mindfulness-made-simple-andy-puddicombe/ (14GB)

download all of them, pick programs as you need (take10 is basic.. focus..concentration etc lanti chaala programs unnayi..organize them in ibooks as audiobooks, they will follow sequentially unlike music)

import them into itunes.. change their property to audiobook.. it will move to audiobooks

you have control over these audiobooks in watch as well

if you have more ios devices.. go for apple watch else go for samsung gear/fitbit
