Occupancy tax..!!! Rightfully TG’s, it’s just a gesture and facilitation clause till Andhra’s find a place to move and this term was capped at maximum of 10 years, Does not mean minimum of 10 years. These properties are owned by TG government and for time being, has been given to AP but the owner is still TG. TG should have collected rent from these people. No tax has been paid, no amenities has been paid, GHmC and Water board sent notices but no response, lying vacant without maintenance. Perhaps, TG should have claimed back these buildings two years back itself when staff moved out to AP. Quote
