There is a difference in paying Fine by obeying the rules and not obeying the rules. Punarnvavi is Fighting for her rights. she is fighting alone for what she believe. Its her character. 

we follow and cheer  when we hear motivation things not to give up what we believe. But in realty No one supports that. Its very bady.
