Yes, they do have an app and you can download courses/chapters for offline viewing while away from WiFi. After finishing chapters/courses, you can delete them from the app to recover space. I use it all the time and it works great -

When you buy courses, just buy them on their website and not from inside the app. This way, they can consider refunds, exchanges, etc. Otherwise, the money goes to Apple if bought from within the app and they cannot help. All purchased courses (on the website or inside the app) are accessible in the app. They have over 60,000 courses on various subjects and courses go on sale every month for 10-12 dollars (even the ones that cost over 50 dollars) - just keep an eye on sales. All courses are buy once and keep forever - no subscription fees. You can also join as an instructor, create courses and make some money.
