It says on the DMV website that we will have upto 30 days to change our tags, I just renewed my tags in a different state so is it necessary for me to do this in TX again. Some states don't implement this very strictly, my friend whose license tags are from PA has been here for 2 years and was never bothered to change his plates. TX people please advise. Quote
