Starting from day 1, everyone used to speak in Tamil and Tamil only. Vaadu arey naaku artham kaadu anna pattinchukole, no knowledge transfer at all and in general very unhelpful. But the worst part is, lunch time vallandaru kalisi group ga velle vallu bayataki but vaadini okka saari kooda adagaledu join avvamani. It's almost like he was treated like a leper. So he said he hates working with them again. That said though, can't generalize. I used to have a Tamil manager I used to report to, he was a pretty awesome guy. Quote
