Firstly, the rules of the International Cricket Council (ICC) only state that "equipment and clothing regulations do not permit the display of messages that relate to political, religious or racial activities or causes during an international match." The insignia is not political, racial, or religious. It is a military insignia and Dhoni is a Lt. Col. in Indian Army. He is entitled to wear it. 2 Quote
