Three days after toddler Twinkle Sharma went missing in Aligarh her mutilated and burnt body was found in a dumping ground in Tappal, Aligarh district, Uttar Pradesh, on June 2. Twinkle, aged between 2.5 to 3 years, was brutally murdered by accused Mohammed Zahid, according to reports. The motive behind the murder was a meagre sum of Rs 10,000 that Twinkle's parents owed Zahid.

Bollywood has reacted with shock after the 2.5-year-old's murder in Aligarh. Zahid and his accomplice Aslam were arrested on June 4 by the Aligarh Police, who have as of now ruled out rape. Zahid reportedly admitted to killing the child by choking her with a dupatta (stole). The child's partially burnt body was found in a bag with her eyes gouged out.

భోపాల్: తనకు వచ్చిన వ్యాధి తగ్గలేదని చికిత్స చేసిన వైద్యుడి భార్యను చంపేశాడు ఓ వ్యక్తి. ఈ దారుణ ఘటన మధ్యప్రదేశ్‌లో చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఇండోర్‌కు చెందిన రఫీద్‌ అనే 45 ఏళ్ల వ్యక్తికి చర్మ వ్యాధి సోకింది. ఆరు నెలలుగా ఆ వ్యాధితో బాధపడుతున్న రఫీద్‌.. రామకృష్ణ అనే వైద్యుడి వద్ద చికిత్స తీసుకుంటున్నారు. అయినప్పటికీ అతనికి వ్యాధి తగ్గకపోగా, ఒంటి దురద ఎక్కువ అవడంతో రామకృష్ణ క్లీనిక్‌కు వెళ్లాడు. అయితే తన భర్త పని నిమిత్తం దిల్లీ వెళ్లాడని రామకృష్ణ భార్య చెప్పడంతో రఫీద్‌ ఆగ్రహానికి గురయ్యాడు.

వెంటనే కత్తితో రామకృష్ణ భార్యను పలుమార్లు పొడిచేశాడు. ఆమె అరుపులు విని బయటికి వచ్చిన 19 ఏళ్ల కుమారుడిని కూడా గాయపరిచి అక్కడి నుంచి పరారయ్యాడు. స్థానికులు వెంటనే బాధితురాలిని ఆస్పత్రికి తరలించగా అప్పటికే ఆమె చనిపోయినట్లు వైద్యులు తెలిపారు. ఆమె కుమారుడి పరిస్థితి విషమంగా ఉంది. పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు చేపడుతున్నారు. నిందితుడిపై ఇదివరకే ఓ హత్య కేసు నమోదై ఉందని తెలిపారు.
