suppose client bofa anukondi.. infosys maintain project ithe................. mery LCA file chesetapudu infosys pedutara or BOFA and we need to mention client location also .. yedi pedutaru elati situation lo?

that is true. 

naa paata employer aithe  LCA lo free hand text unna column lo 3 address lu pettesevaadu : employer's, home and client. vendor name mention chese vaadu kaani address pette vaallu kaadu.
