Sometimes they might ask you to send again or they will route it.

better upgrade to premium service if not done

Nebraska will handle only pure extension cases

Cool, under new regulations all VA cases must go to Nebraska irrespective of New, extension. We are a VA firm too and we send all of our cases to NSC . You are good to go. Good luck
