That is in line with the expected timelines kadha. 3 months e ga. H4EAD ki edho biometrics pettaru ga. Kotha ga edhi pettina konchem late avuthundi ga. Why this fuss and lawsuits for this?

Not 3 months, none after March 11 were approved ...but many cases since Nov-Dec last year are still pending even after H1b extension approval. 

Change of status, 8 months to 1 year

H4 extension, more than 6 months

H4-EAD renewal/initial: more than 6 months.
