Cook in Restaurant - Canada

Maa freind okadu India lo planning to migrate canada on a worker visa to work in a restaurant. He is a good cook.

How to get him Visa.

he cannot write IELTS. I dont think IELTS is required to come and work in Canada as a cook.

 

Please help let me know what is the exact process to get him Visa and what are the options.
