I'm trying to take car loan refinance, actually, cash out for my paid-up car but have been rejected by the local credit union saying my stay in USA is limited and can't provide loan.

what is the case with DCU? Eediki kuda SSN copy isthe ardam aipotadi kada valid for only DHS authorisation only...mari DCU vadu istada loans ? i have around 7 months of validity on my h1b...
