I work for American mesthtri as Talent Acquisition Head, my marketing team brought a proposal for onsite and offshore Blockchain development project. Client is a small size company in Australia and tried with Singapore companies but nothing happened .It will be initial team meetings and offshore office visit and signing up.We have an office in Noida but no offshore lead or someone to hire people. We have a good hold with the client and can work on sub-contact basis.PM me if anyone intrested
