Client letter lo dates mention cheste 3 months ani you could get approval only for 3 months . Danikanna manager close ayite email conversation tesukondi they can provide client letter ani thats better.

Edi lowest time frame oo ah letter chustadu usually USCIS. Manam vendors deggara nunchi elano 3 yrs techukuntam so cleint letter with 3 months  wouldnt help in good way danikanna no client letter better.

iyalrepu "With possible extensions" ante USCIS vallu aa statement ni kuda pattinchukotledhu. they are just going with the dates mentioned in client letter.. aa statement vendor letter lo pedithe dhaniki kuda rfe esi minguthunnaru. so first H1 ravadam important. 3 months ah, 3 years ah anedhi secondary.. 

Go with the exact dates.
