Reserved a guide from cityunscripted for the layover in Hong Kong. Cool concept. Booked for 6 hours 150$. But close to 7hrs roamed. Travelled around Hong Kong with him in city buses. Had street food. 

You can give a try for any other city.

pre arrival registration ani oka form undi.. just 1 page.. fill chesi aa print out teeskellali enough.. no need of visa or anything for indian nationals.

when you leave airport you fill small form called departure record , adhi you will give it back when you come back to airport..

My in-laws are having similar layover and they cant speak much English do you think of any better options for them to have visit for 6 hours ?
