tacobell fan Posted June 13, 2019 Report Posted June 13, 2019 USCIS visited CTS employee in Nebraska this morning. They asked who is assigning the work, who is your supervisor, how are you interacting with your supervisor, etc Quote
ekunadam_enkanna Posted June 13, 2019 Report Posted June 13, 2019 USCIS created a department called FDNS, when ICE did not want to take referrals unless the referral leads to a major case. So, USCIS was forced to create an internal directorate FDNS. FDNS has designed a software, with a policy engine. They just code these policies, and this software sends referrals to FDNS field officers. Many times, USCIS has leaked what kind of rules they are using. Quote
