USCIS visited CTS employee in Nebraska this morning. They asked who is assigning the work, who is your supervisor, how are you interacting with your supervisor, etc

USCIS created a department called FDNS, when ICE did not want to take referrals unless the referral leads to a major case. So, USCIS was forced to create an internal directorate FDNS. FDNS has designed a software, with a policy engine. They just code these policies, and this software sends referrals to FDNS field officers.  Many times, USCIS has leaked what kind of rules they are using.
