kid currently in india currently and 4 months completed . Planning to leave kid  in India on 10 years valid tourist visa .  Planning to leave in india for 9 months total . emina  problem untada hyd lo in immigration while coming back to us after 9 months stay on 10 years tourist visa . 
No OCI and no POI card for kid .

Like i said , we called to extend visa stay , but they laughed and said no need , we travelled 5 times after that , no issues so far ,
