2.first nundi melage chestanu step by step anadu, even his before elcetion meeting he clearly said i will make it 2k, if babu makes it 2k after hearing, he will slowly rise it to 3k ani. navaratnala ni implement cheyadame lakshyam antunadu , elecions ki 5 years more time iyandi will complete antadu modi anatlu for whatever is left over. 

3. scs is not needed if he can show welfare and development by other ways, he will not stop fighting but it is not needed if he can find alternative ways
