Don’t they clearly know the chances of rain atleast a week before ?  If not 1 day before fir sure.. 

Why can’t they reduce the number of overs & plan accordingly instead of waiting till it hits & then bring D/L ?

Everyone knows it rains  during this time of the year in that shole country.. assalu icc ni dobbali.. too many matches getting cancelled
