wouldn't be surprised if some prescription medication for depression might have caused this, typically we as indians look weaker physically but mentally strong, depression is very rare issue due to our dietary habits

Negative forces can lead to depression and if its untreated can lead to demonic possession(peak stage). Women and children , evarithe ekkuva emotional, weak, lonely untaro vallane attack chestai. It was clearly an UNCONSCIOUS act. Possession is real.

bhayya i stayed in south facing house for almost an year.. i was attacked physically/beaten once.. different different rods happened.. inka jump.. naadi jyeshta nakshatra .maaku south facing biggest rod annaru ( it brings lethargy, mourning... ) .. i believed after the incidents i had to go through
