HMWSSB tankers with domestic trips of 5 kilo litres (KL) and 10 kilo litres (KL) are charged Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 respectively. The commercial tankers with capacity 5 KL, 10 KL and 20 KL are charged Rs 850, Rs 1700 and Rs 3,400 respectively.
 

However the waiting time for domestic  tankers is 15 to 20 days .

manikonda and puppalaguda are  the worst affected because of high attitude of these areas. These areas had supply from manjeera and singur, which are at record low levels currently and the water cannot be substituted with Godavari water because  these areas not interconnected or have a ring main setup. Couple of months they started pumping from osmansagar and they had to setup a temporary water purfiers. This water is not enough as they stand to support only few thousand households rather than the whole area. Water board is in the process of connecting everything as  ring main setup but that is years away but once done water can be pulled in from any source say krishna, godvari, osmansagar, singur etc.

that is far too late man, the only way to solve is govt should obviously provide enough water to every household so that people would stop digging more bore wells only then water table will stabilize. water pits and other things are secondary.

ma parents unde apartments la toilets lo flush ki anta recyled/RO water and also plants/garden area gets recycled water. Some new constructions are taking innovative approachs but that's still not enough
