Parents came last week as my wife's due date in next 3 weeks. My mom got busy with so many things but my dad getting too much bored as we don't have Indian parents in my neighborhood. My parents are planned to stay in USA for 3 months. Did anyone faced similar situation.? How did you engage your parents to overcome boredom.? Appreciated in advance. mother ayithe making food for all people will be busy as expected ... for father nuve take care cheyali take him to walk, malll ki where play area is there.... start talking to your father put some news channel.... play cards or indoor games with ur dad, caroom board....get some magazines from inidan store or order online ..... telugu vi..... or get some print out of telugu stories pdf one and give him to read..... mandu konivu ... alavatu unte ..... evening jaldi vachi take him for walk in community .... cards play uno rummy, least count chess.... inkka mee eleder kid ki cheppu thatai tho ekku va time spend cheyu .... ani ........friends ki call cheyu manu india lo ...... inkka weekedn deggralo unna places tesuku vellu .... tuesdays buffalo wuld wings tesuku vellu have 1 drink different beers taste cheyinchu ..... inkka nee istam nuvu entha close ga unte antha happy feel ayitharu ... elanti time neeku malli radu bro .... all the best .. If he is physically active send him to yoga/meditation etc. Carroms or chess adochu intlone weekends: you can take him out for grocery/walking/shopping. To go see him watch cricket if anyone around is playing a league or if you are part of any league. If your kid likes to sepnd time with your dad, maybe your dad can help teach your kid telugu ( manabadi types ) Quote
