Travel question for parents

Parents ki HYD to MSP ticet book chestunna, through Airindia, HYD->DEL->ORD->MSP. My question is HYD->ORD Airindia operate chestundhi kabatti for sure luggage will be transferred but not sure how it works in ORD.

ORD -> MSP delta connectivity chupistundhi itinerary lo so luggage Delta vadu direct tesukunta from Airindia or do we need to checkout and checking luggage with delta again in ORD. Please throw some light.

bro ord sucks, why dont u drive from ord to msp or take 2 stops, those many stops will take a toll on them, for saving 100-300$ not worth it bro

I think ORD u have to take the luggage out since port of entry and then U have to go to a shuttle bus from ORD airport international terminal to Delta terminal which will be pretty much trouble and very confusing and I had trouble just picking them at ORD airport from Etihad airlines, not one good response from ppl working there, also layover would take same time u drive from MSP
