The proposals of such a concept have not been unveiled yet, It's in a proposal stage and You have concluded already...

I can. it looks like you can't, because you expertly restated what i already observed in my response, and quietly skirted its implications. what are the implications of a polity that states that citizens will have to think 'twice to remove the govt in power, because the election dates are already fixed for eternity, and that the next govt won't have a complete term?

what exactly is the need for simultaneous elections. there was a govt report by bibek debroy and kishore desai from NITI Aayog who list the needs as

1. impact on development because of overreach of election commission

2. massive expenditure

3. use of security forces for long periods.

all these 3 points are weak, and can be easily dismissed. India is already clocking high growth rates. the election commission's purview can be vastly reduced, and the use of security forces argument is bullshit because lots of leaders use them throughout the year.

BJP had to win so many elections from 2014 to 2019 to gain majority in both houses.

with this idiotic proposal, They just need to win one election to control both houses, and even make constitutional changes.

the liberals can use this too, but RWs are always more motivated to do bullshit compared to liberals.
