We did not have water scarcity in olden days with less population.

India is set to have over 2.5 billion population in future and overtake China and become the most populous country! That’s TWICE the congestion and HALF the resources. India needs population control and education. Maybe one child policy.

We can generate electricity but not water. The future of any country without adequate water, electricity, transportation and population control is bleak. The politicians in Chennai trying to divert water from other places to meet scarcity crisis is only a temporary solution because the population keeps growing but not the resources.
