maa office lo oka EVC model lo unna abbayi unnadu. He was on OPT and applied to H1B. Maa daggara joined.

Join ayyaka atani OPT expire ayyindi. H1B appatiki pick avvaledu. I94 wise - he is out of status ani atanu cheppadu. 

I gave a client letter to him with PO end date - HR would not allow for 3 years or open ended. 

Tarvata tana project poyindi (vendor, client gola) 

As of then - his H1B is still under progress. 

Project poyina 10 days ki USCIS site visit ayyindi. USCIS field officer came and asked for that person. Kinda security vaallu directory lo check chesi, he does not work ani chepparu. *Luckily the security guy knows how to look for old employees in the system and contacted me to come down*

Nenu velli USCIS officer ki cheppanu - he used to work here, we had to end the engagement due to internal reasons ani. 

OK ani cheppi vellipoyadu.

 

Tarvata aa candidate ki call cheste - anna nenu india vellipoyanu out of status ani. Ee site visit ayyaka naa H1 approve avvaledu. I will apply next year annadu. 

I feel  for him but I could not do anything beyond client letter and explain the field officer about the past at the least.

approved visas ki vachinattu nenu chala saarlu vinnanu. not just from people. nenu oka small desi employer ki work chese vaadini, they have a good immigration team. 

edanna one off situations appudu HR used to send an email when someone got asked out of the blue questions, when something happened to a particular case (for eg: naa GC PErm 18 months ayyaka deny ayyi, MTR file cheste 3 weeks lo approve ayyindi), site visits etc. 

I am pretty sure I saw several site visit emails and a summary of what happened. Akkadaki poyi prove it ante ela untundi. 

Company has less than 500 employees. 95% H1, F1
