పెదవేగి, జూన్‌ 19: పోలవరం కాలువపై నీటిని తోడడానికి వినియోగించిన పైపుల విషయంలో రేగిన వివాదంలో దెందులూరు మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే చింతమనేని ప్రభాకర్‌, అతని అనుచరులపై పెదవేగి పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్‌లో కేసు నమోదైంది. వివరాలివీ.. పట్టిసీమ ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం ద్వారా పోలవరం కుడి కాలువ నుంచి కృష్ణా నదిలోకి వెళ్తున్న గోదావరి నీటిని దెందులూరు నియోజకవర్గంలోని పంట పొలాలకు సరఫరా చేయడానికి అనువుగా మూడేళ్ల క్రితం అప్పటి ఎమ్మెల్యే చింతమనేని ఆధ్వర్యంలో పైపులను ఏర్పాటు చేసి, నీటిని చెరువులకు మళ్లించారు. పెదవేగి, పెదపాడు మండలాల్లోని పలు గ్రామాలకు ఈ నీటిని మళ్లించడంతో పంటలు పుష్కలంగా పండాయి. ఆ పైపులను అప్పట్లో నాటి ఎమ్మెల్యే ప్రభాకర్‌ కొనుగోలు చేసి వేయించారు. కాగా నీటిని పెట్టుకున్నందుకు ఏటా ఎకరానికి రూ.వెయ్యి ఇస్తున్నామని, ఈ విధంగా పైపుల ధరకు రెట్టింపు సొమ్మును ఇచ్చామని రైతులు చెబుతున్నారు. అయితే రైతులిచ్చిన సొమ్ము ఏటా నిర్వహణ ఖర్చులకే సరిపోలేదని చింతమనేని పేర్కొంటున్నారు. మూడేళ్లపాటు ఉంచిన పైపులను ఇప్పుడు తీసుకెళ్లడంపై రైతులు ఆక్షేపిస్తున్నారు.

 

ఇంకోవైపు వైసీపీ జిల్లా అధికార ప్రతినిధి కొఠారు రామచంద్రరావు పైపులు తీసుకెళ్లినవారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తున్నారు. లక్షలాది రూపాయలను చెల్లించిన రైతులకే ఆ పైపులు చెందుతాయని, వాటిని వెంటనే అదే ప్రదేశంలో ఉంచాలని, ఆందోళనను తిరిగి కొనసాగిస్తామని ఆయన హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. పైపుల దౌర్జన్యంగా తీసుకెళ్లారని అందిన ఫిర్యాదుపై మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే చింతమనేని ప్రభాకర్‌, మరో నలుగురిపై పెదవేగిలో కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.

 

ఇరువర్గాలతో చర్చలు: సీఐ నాయుడు

శాంతిభద్రతలకు ఎటువంటి విఘాతం కలుగకుండా పైపుల వివాదాన్ని చర్చల ద్వారా పరిష్కరించడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నామని ఏలూరు రూరల్‌ సీఐ వైవీఎల్‌ నాయుడు తెలిపారు. దీనిపై వైసీపీ, టీడీపీ వర్గీయులతో మాట్లాడామని, రెండు రోజుల్లో ఇరువర్గాలను కూర్చోబెట్టి చర్చల ద్వారా పైపుల సమస్యను సామరస్య విధానంలో పరిష్కరిస్తామని సీఐ చెప్పారు. కేసు నమోదు చేసినా చర్చల ద్వారా సమస్యను శాంతియుతంగా పరిష్కరించడానికి చూస్తున్నామని సీఐ నాయుడు వివరించారు.

To pump water into pipes engines are needed. To run engines 24/7 diesel or kerosine is needed. If engines run 24/7 there are mechanical problems raises. So, money is needed to pay all these overhead costs.

 

These days costing more than 1000rs to do all these per acre.

 

still he charged only 1000rs to make all farmers just accountable to show how much extra money costing from his pocket. If MLA gives free no farmer shows up to attend important meetings. That to MLA might have had provided or setup this water flow from canal by going out of his way to help farmers.

sometimes MLA is answerable why he setup such pipes to get water without any govt plan. During those times farmers need to show up.

And in the past there are no crops to single farmer due to lack of water. After setting up this setup only farmers(all castes) getting water and having crops in lacks of acres.

These farmers might not had voted him so he removed whole setup.
