US official confirmed a military drone has been shot down in international airspace

The official also confirmed that the drone was shot by an Iranian missile. Iran's Revolutionary Guard top commander Hossein Salami says the downing of the drone sends “a clear message” to Washington.

But it won't just be Iran vs US here. It's going to be a geo political battle and China stands to benefit greatly. Won't be surprised if this attack was co originated by China. Best for US to wait and watch at this juncture.
