Springboard is very famous for Data Science programs. 

It's expensive though(1000 dollars per month) but the good thing is that they guarantee a good paying job after training.

Springboard also has a one on one with their mentors most of whom are Senior Data Scientists in Google, Apple, Facebook etc. You have a one hour session every week and they also help with resume prep, interviews etc. 

Still think it's too pricey at $1000/month but if you are trying to switch your career to a Data Science track I don't think it is a bad option

Yes , both data engineering and data science are  worth it . If i know your correct knowledge , i can suggest  which one is better for you ,  both have equal imp  in current  market.
