Similar incident to what happened in Rajamundry Godavari pushkaralu one happened in kaveri mahamaham in 1992 Jayalalitha is one reason for the chaos.. 

It was on her birthday wanted to take holy dip along with sasikala and during that people thronged to take bath at same time and see her latticharge gatra ayyindi and some wall also collapsed, stampede when police tried to control public end result some 50 people died and around 90 people injured... 

Twist entante JJ didn't know that this accident has happened and only came to know after she returned to chennai.. They say she took bath and in some corner even debries and bodies weren't moved police was fully behind JJ...

Thats what correction centers and jails are there for. Govt kuda murders chesthe inka democraacy deniki. 

Every criminal mind must be jailed punished severely and their minds should be studied by some NGOs.

Then they should take precautions on how to avoid such thoughts in future generations and cure crime.
