70% ethyl alcohol kills any tissue/cells. You use that to sterilize cell culture. I don't think it would be a humane thing to drink. You can use on skin to sterilize wounds or before surgery.

I thought of it with cousins and was forced by cousins too you are safest with us ani but emo emanna chendalam ga behave chestanemo ani inhibitions ki i never had alocohol with them. Husband to yes i will drink like crazy once and want to know what i do when i am semi conscious. Friends to i am very scared.
