These are the Updates:
1. We can finalize the surgery at Global once the fund is available for 21.5 lakhs(we may expect a minute subsidy). Let's go for all the amount though.
2. We currently have
  $20000 = 9.2 lakhs  +
  3.7 lakhs in Murali Mohan's Bank account(we have asked him to show the Bank statements for the same) +
  1.5 lakhs with Infy guys
  4.5 lakhs* with some people who are ready to give to Murali Mohan ( we are  not really sure of this amount)
So a Total of 18.9 lakhs already collected approximately. And good to go for the remaining amount. We can pay the amount to hospital and get the things moving towards the Transplant
3. Prathiba can have a 'Near Normal' life post Transplant and the Donor too won't have any problems , Donor expected to be Murali Mohan himself.
