I do crossfit few days and Kickboxing few days....Sick of regular Gym workout...wat about yours??

swimming, kickboxing, biking, running, squash and tennis. some warmups ofcourse. I never visit the gym.

I bike everywhere within 10km, and use public transport for longer distances.

roju cheyyanu. roju maarchi roju. biking maatram part of my life. tennis squash swimming alternate days.

Run, burpee pushups(50 a day now trying to get to 100), tennis, more pushups and pullups for now. No active gym membership at the moment.
