Did, 5:35 mins. 95 lb - 21,15,9

Barbell clean and press

Full burpee

Barbell row

Strong lifts 5*5.

Other than this one day of yoga (to get max stretch) one day of sprints, and boxing every now and then. My trainer is sparring so train with him.

Stronglifts is good to begin, but once you hit a plateau you gotta move on. 

Try German Volume Training.
