How much money you want to spend? Do you want that machine to write code?

512gb ssd, 16gb ram, i7-8565u (4-core mobile processor) would do for ordinary day to day stuff. However, if you want a dev machine, go for 512gb/32gb/i7-8850h 6-core processor.
