Hi Friends, 

I hope every one enjoying summer time, just want to share some funny thing happened to me in the last couple of months. 

12 years nunchi US lo untu, H1 struggles ..., finally inka ee Contract jobs, family shifting ...etc fed up ayyi, inka challu le, kids ni miss avuthunna v both r working and some time s i will travel to client place inka kasthallu challu settle avvudam anni decide ayya,, 

I have no relatives in US, just couple of friends. Hyd lo challa relatives and friends unnarru anni. India shift avvudam anni plan chessa, applied for lot of Companies and calls anta ga ravatam ledu ( 10 years real time Exp in BI ) and interviews chessa but pay wise 18-22 lacks per annum INR adiga, challa mandhi kastham Hyd location ki NO anni chepparu HR's. After clearing all rounds of interview. 

Twist enti anthe, Hyd pothe friends and relatives tho enjoy cheyyavachu life anni nenu planning lo unte, Vallu andharru H1B pick ayyi US vasthunarru  and all r in good position in Hyd both husband n wife r working n earning more than 2 lacks per month n other one microsoft FT coming to Seattle ...etc. They r telling stay there only and na Parents kuda ikkada ki vasthe undalevvu none of ur friends r here try to settle there anni chebuthunarru.  Naku emo bore kottesindhi and nothing interesting ikkada US lo friends houses ki vellatam kuda manessa, all bought houses and settled well, initially first konni days baganne undhi after that bore n routine ayyipoyyindhi. 

India lo kids ni kanni, ikkadaku vachi H1B medha, GC kossam line lo standing anni cheppinnna no one listening. Ponni kids leru ikkada ki vachi plan chessukunte best annukunna, andharrki kids unnarru , valla thought process ento ardam kavadam ledu,

I think about this every Saturday night and forget from sunday to Saturday. I have worked in bangalore for 3 yrs and 6 yrs in US now . I feel US is much better than india in working culture. Just my few cents

ya bro, naku entha navvu vachindhi anthe antha navvu vachindi, chivvraki na Parents kuda ikkada Hyd lo unda levvu, pollution, water problem, traffic ...etc anni cheppi kastham antunarru. In laws ayithe society lo show off kossam direct ga (STAY THERE IN US) anni telling 

inka all holes closed, have to struggle here ante, may be age factor kuda annukunta 37 plus, career stagnate ayyipoyindhi anni feeling ...

my main motive to start is not bcoz of work culture bro, just parents untarru, sisters unnarru n childhood close friends unnarru anta Hyd lone well settled ga unnarru. So Happy ga undavachu anni plan chessa, but Changed my mind now.

think about your n ur family happiness and enjoyment. work culture and kids edu ante NA 10 times better. life style n enjoyment ante india 10 times better india lo money vunte.

ante annukuntunna bro, 83 DOB, Inter + Long Term+ Btech (2005) passout. 2006 lo vacha US ki, ye kotha project ki vellinna most of them r younger than me. and na details chebithe (Name) + garu anni add chessi pillustharru. Odd ga untundhi inka GC raleda ..etc anni questions aduguuthunte, + vallaki vache ideas and anta fast ga nenu decissions thissukoleka pothunna, vallu new ga (Desi MNC's ) nunchi onsite US vachi (settle ayyipovalli house konnukovalli, ...etc ) anni plannig chessukuntunte naku enduku illanthi decissions thissukoleka poyya anni sadness.

ok bro, family happiness ledu bro, bcoz of contracting n me travelling wife job stable, nenu roaming so emi pedda migalatam ledu money, Air travel + akkada room rent sharing ...Car renting ki ... + other expenses so just running the show ante. 

India lo anta rich kadhu bro, just ma native place lo assets unnayyi avvi plan chessi rents ki icham. But v both can get jobs and atleast koncham extra income vasthayyi shops nunchi .... enjoy cheyavachu kids ni manchi school lo join cheyyalli anni...etc enno plan chessukunna. ...
