i have 2 kids bro, adhe happiness koncham, but weekends travelling untadhi some times pain annipisthadhi. Dad can v go there ...etc anni kids asking ledu have to travel ante ....hmm

India ki vellali ante solid plan tho vellali..I know two families went back to India and one family retuned US  within a year. Family didn't came back are wealthy one and doing business, Family return back to us in a year had plan to work India. 

Wealthy family also had so much struggle when went back to India. That is very hard decision and when you take don't look back. That path is very hard be prepared for it.

Nannu adigithe...Unless and until,you are passionate in IT and confident about getting Job(which is very unlikely as IT industry is dynamic) saty in US...else Moving bakc to india is better.......You can be some architect/manager for an MNC or product base company in India earning around 20+lahs(depends) and you can have side business(best case take any franchise)......I was there in US for 5 years and moved to India.....I dont at all regret......India has huge opportunities for business because of its market.....

how the heck are u guys managing diff location jobs with kids...
