why would any upstream state that has many dry regions in their state (basically every state), allow excess water to flow downstream ro be linked to another canal?

first, is there excess water in any river in India today? lol.

india will dry up faster than I thought. pattiseema is like a small project compared to this humongous 'pie in the sky' exercise.

which state will allow water to flow to the next state in India without issues? Indians have seious cultural issues in even existing as a nation.

I think India should be winded up for the sake of saving India's rivers.

Yes some rivers should be linked. All may not be possible because of vindyas but BJP is trying to do something.

and then went to Vidharba which is in Godavari delta, and promised Ganga water to vidharbha.
