humans don't have to restrict themselves to one allowed form of relationship, is the point.

its nowhere related to communism.

you underestimate the number of sexually frustrated people in the world. even with sex that can be bought in the market now. if you add the number of people emotionally lost, the number would be staggering.

some flexibility on the rules is good. if you feel strongly against it, fine. but its not a recommendation that others should take, given that you have a partner.

Males are facilitated to procreate  with as many as females as possible.

Females are evolved to choose the best for ever offspring/gestation cycle.

Humans' partnership has evolved more than procreation. Sex is now a lifelong pleasure.

Partnerships are not limited to sex.
