Yes if you have a valid i-94 you can apply again but most of the cases second ammendment kuda decline avthundi and its better to switch employer. Contracting lo na friend ki same issue unde ammendment 2 times decline ayyunde then switched to full time immediately before current i-94 expiration 1 Quote
