He has to do what he promised. 

There is no scale to measure the performance of Govt Schools against private schools.

If I send my kid to school here are the expectations:

1) Learning/Teaching English 

2)Dedicated team of teachers, who are on time and completes everything per schedule

3) Constant feedback to parents 

4) Playgrounds, restrooms, food,...

whoever it might be in the CM seat... Inni freebies 100% implement cheyaleru and cheyakudadu...okavela chesthe state development ki scope undadu... it is a fact... So I want Jagan to succeed but to stop implementing these freebies without the ire of common people...dont know how...
