After work initiki velthe boaring anipistundi.. Khali ga vunte pichi pichi alochanalu vastunnayi.. depression ki veltanemo ani bhayam vestundi..India lo family kuda antha supportive ledu... Emaina kotha habits alavatu chesukovalani anipistundi.. after work busy ga vundi and happy ga vundela emi chete better.. suggestions please..

Join with any of these groups Tennis, volleyball, library, bicycle, plenty available

ekkada vuntavu bro... mee chuttu pakkala school grounds lo ala rounds veyyu.. edo oka team dorukuddi..

just go out edaina school college near by unaty akada bar lo oka peg vesi intiki vachi manchi food chesukuntu movie chustahy enka emi kavali that is best times ... lost thhose days...

where do you live? .indian store lo flyer puettu.. most Gyms let you try out free for a few days.. try it.. who knows you might like it or like someone there.. or . just go out.. to a library/mall etc.. or simply breathe fresh air.. it will help...

Since you have mentioned you don't like working out.. Look in to alternatives like

1.Sports & games.

2.Listening songs.

3.Learning singing or playing instruments.

4.Can try meditation, cooking daily...
