బీరు తాగనివ్వలేదని.. విడాకులు కోరిన భార్య

భార్య, భర్తల మధ్య చిన్నిచిన్ని అలకలు, పట్టింపులు సర్వసాధారణం. అలా అని చిన్న చిన్న కారణాలతో ఎవరైనా విడిపోతారా? భర్త బీరు తాగనివ్వడం లేదని ఓ వివాహిత విడాకులు కావాలని కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. ఈ సంఘటన గుజరాత్ లో చోటుచేసుకుంది.

పూర్తి వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే... నిర్ణయ్ నగర్ కు చెందిన యువకుడికి గతేడాది చివర్లో మాధాపూరాకు చెందిన యువతితో వివాహమయ్యింది. కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం ఈ జంట ఇండోనేషియాలోని బాలీకి జాలీ ట్రిప్‌కు వెళ్లారు. హోటల్ రూమ్‌లో బీరు తాగుదామని భర్తతో చెప్పింది. ఆమె వింత కోరిక విన్న భర్త షాక్ తిన్నాడు. తాగొద్దని భార్యకు సర్ధిచెప్పే ప్రయత్నం చేశాడు. ఆమె మాత్రం ససేమీరా అనేసింది. బీరు తాగాల్సిందేనని తేల్చి చెప్పింది.

భర్త వద్దని నచ్చచెప్పడంతో... ఆమె గొడవ పడింది. ట్రిప్ అనంతరం ఇంటికి చేరుకున్న తర్వాత భర్తతో యువతి మరోసారి వాగ్వాదానికి దిగింది. తనను బీరు తాగనివ్వలేదని... తనకు విడాకులు కావాల్సిందేనని పట్టుపట్టింది. భరణం కింద రూ.20లక్షలు ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తోంది. అత్తింటిపై తప్పుడు కేసులు పెడతానని బెదిరిస్తోంది. అయితే.. ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరించాలని అతను పోలీసులను ఆశ్రయించాడు. దీంతో ఈ సంఘటన వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది.

Gujarat had banned alcohol consumption since 1961 as a homage to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Gujjus hate Gandhi so why haven’t they banned that rule?
