Bhayyas, worst ke worst..malli naa h1 rfe padindi..last year speciality occupation rfe padi denial..then naa opt extension meeda rfe regarding degree, cleared.

This year again rfe on h1b..RFE is regarding the itinerary of services and work site..naadi full time employment and have to work from home most of the time. Naa LCA lo two work sites mention chesaaru..one is company location, other one is my home address..now they want to see how and what work is performed at respective locations.

Ela tackle cheyyali ? Any templates? Maa attorney vaadu naa role and duties list raasi pampamannadu with work site loc mentioned. Org chart edo prepare chestunnaru to show that I am a FTE..help me understand itinerary document or share any templates..

FT antunav..you don’t need to worry much ....attorney will handle it ...relax man 👨 ...just 2 locations chusi standard rfe vesadu nothing new....simple Rfe...chill avvu

2 locations are they within same state(including msa) or different states/cities

Different states bro..actually naa team antha remote chestaaru texas lo (expanding the team rapidly). Divisional HQ Missouri lo undi..

Even, I work remote. Corporate office is east coast and I'm working in West Coast (100% remote). Client Locations all around US tirugutha. Naadi GC apply chese appudu.. west coast apice close chesthiri, amendement kinda East Coast apice pettti apply chesnar. Most of my colleagues are remote all around the globe.

 

Amendment approve ayyindi.. no tension.. work with attorney... try to ask him all the questions in mind. I was doubtful about my amendment last year.

Did they start your GC process? I think amendment petkovalemo.. (not sure) check with Attorney.

Home address : Saturday - Sunday (5%) petti ..... Deployment/Migration points rayi ....kudhirithey we do deployments/migration  only on  weekends ani okka clarification ivvu

Join RFE discussions group on FB . I saw 3 approvals over last few days and they are helping with templates and documents too . I was there last year when i got specialty occupation RFE. Good luck !

Yaa..idi baavundi..but naa case lo mostly wfh a kada..workout avtunda..i like the percentages idea though..Nenu development, design approval meetings office ani petti.. deployment,testing home pedadam ankunna..percentages alochistanu ippudu..Thanks for the idea
