On H1B, about to start i140 process. Oka offer came in plano TX for 120k/ Year (Fulltime). But company is small-scale (Client) . Currently on contract job (65$/hour) - Big Insurance client. Please advice if I should move to Fulltime or no?

Depends...But I think Fulltime is better as you will have benefits+PTO and other things even though you have 10k less pay. For contracting, if it is desi consultancy..they can run payroll even when you are out of job..this is the only advantage....but you have to weigh pros and cons and decide...all the best

discuss and try to get it started ASAP

3rd year antey risk tesuko vachu

also nee tech booming lo untey better to stick with contract and complete the i140 process

and I am just pitching in my thoughts .

Decision should be yours please
